Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that sometimes emergencies can happen. First-time no shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that you will be charged a 100% fee for appointments missed or cancelled without 48 hours notice. This helps us to ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.
